Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Lampung region.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
