Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while adhering to company policies.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management as needed.
- Promote ongoing sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and customer data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to 10 kg).
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to company standards.
