Linkage Foods invites ambitious and driven individuals to join our Management Trainee Program in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung). As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a 12-18 month rotational program across key departments, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. Responsibility
- Participate in a structured rotational training program across multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) to gain comprehensive industry exposure.
- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies, marketing campaigns, and operational initiatives under the guidance of senior leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to drive business growth.
- Support the implementation of supply chain and logistics processes to ensure efficient product distribution and inventory management.
- Contribute to financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting to optimize business operations.
- Engage in customer relationship management, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Complete assigned projects and present findings to senior management, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (2023-2024) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a passion for the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to relocate or commute to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) for the duration of the program.
