Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales strategies, including in-store promotions and events.
- Maintain accurate sales records, inventory tracking, and customer feedback documentation.
- Identify and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to management.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, or retail management software is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are an advantage).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
