Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their healthcare and product inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and restocking merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the store manager.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification; higher education in retail or healthcare is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
