Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Bonia products, including materials, craftsmanship, and styling tips.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure an appealing and organized shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product transfers, and cycle counts.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
