Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily station operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure timely restocking to meet demand.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategies for process improvement and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
