Responsibility
- Promote and sell Home Credit's financial products in assigned retail outlets across Bali
- Engage customers through in-person consultations and digital platforms
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain payment plans clearly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with store managers to optimize product placement and visibility
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product offerings
- Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up services
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories
