Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a retail sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability meets demand.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.
- Resolve customer escalations professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports for management with actionable insights.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and brand-aligned shopping environment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
