Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in assigned Bali regions.
- Conduct market research to understand local demand, competition, and trends in the retail and consumer products sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients to drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, trade shows, and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
