Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and inventory replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of retail staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
