Responsibility
- Provide personalized and high-end customer service to discerning clients in a luxury retail environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain an immaculate boutique presentation, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, brand collections, and market insights to provide expert advice.
- Assist in boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to create a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passion for fashion and luxury brands, with a keen eye for style and detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a dynamic retail environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
