Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Manage daily sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain inventory control, including stock replenishment, rotation, and conducting regular audits.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld, creating attractive displays to enhance product appeal.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the store manager.
- Assist in store opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Promote Signature Market’s values of sustainability and health by educating customers on product benefits.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in health/organic products).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable living (familiarity with organic products is advantageous).
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
