Responsibility
- Assist in managing and mentoring a team of Well-being Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on OSIMâs premium wellness products and their benefits.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction in retail outlets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and OSIMâs latest innovations.
- Support inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and product displays.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team morale and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong passion for health, wellness, and customer service with a desire to grow in a management role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (training provided).
- Proficient in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as required.
