Responsibility
- Provide personalized, high-touch customer service to ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store’s presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product tagging, and cycle counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail operations.
