Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking of products.
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling, receipt issuance, and payment processing.
- Coordinate with the branch manager to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle product returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist in the setup and execution of in-store promotions, sales events, and product displays.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
