Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of APM Monaco’s jewelry collections, materials, and craftsmanship to educate customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product transfers, and cycle counts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and APM Monaco’s latest collections and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion, jewelry, or accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or French) are a plus.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance, aligning with APM Monaco’s brand image.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills for processing sales and managing customer data.
- Passion for luxury products and a keen interest in fashion and jewelry trends.
