Responsibility
- Drive sales of INSTA 360 products by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
- Manage daily branch operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, influencers, and tourism partners to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and provide insights to regional management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or tech products.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a team (for Branch Manager role).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong understanding of INSTA 360 products or similar action cameras/drones (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a retail environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for customer service and a problem-solving mindset.
- Residence in Bali or willingness to relocate (work permit assistance may be available).
