Responsibility
- Manage and process financial transactions, including cash and digital payments, with accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the collection and reconciliation of branch revenues, ensuring timely and secure handling of funds.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting in audits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Collaborate with branch managers and team members to optimize operational efficiency and meet performance targets.
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and compliance standards in all financial and operational tasks.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills in financial management, customer service, and retail operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience in cash handling, financial transactions, or retail operations is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems) and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by branch operations.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with the retail or consumer electronics industry is an advantage.
