Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal product availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present performance reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in home goods, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
