Responsibility
- Prepare and serve Chatime’s signature tea beverages with precision, adhering to brand standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
- Passion for customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (training provided for Chatime-specific recipes).
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
