Responsibility
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching finished goods (FG).
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize delays.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse staff.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Optimize space utilization and organize storage areas for efficient material handling.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, including KPIs for productivity, accuracy, and cost control.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to manage inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local WMS).
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills to support warehouse staff.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for inventory discrepancies.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic data analysis.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
