Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across multiple locations in Bali.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, store coordination, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail management software.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
