Responsibility
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, product launches, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, territory management, or retail coordination, preferably in the consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, travel frequently within the assigned territory, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its retail landscape is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
