Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive market surveys on tobacco product distribution and sales in assigned areas.
- Collect and analyze data from retail outlets, including warungs, minimarkets, and convenience stores.
- Track product availability, pricing, and promotional activities across competitors.
- Document outlet demographics, foot traffic, and consumer preferences.
- Generate detailed reports on survey findings and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of survey results.
- Adhere to company guidelines and ethical standards during fieldwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in market research, sales, or retail is advantageous.
- Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic data collection tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and local consumer behavior is preferred.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license.
