Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with product selections and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and report discrepancies to management.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling pop-up store displays according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store schedules.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to support colleagues in a collaborative environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced retail setting.
