Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand dealer channels and increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors to drive long-term business growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem resolution.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to improve performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
