Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across assigned areas in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Bali region.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Represent Sunshine Group Indonesia at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s retail and consumer market, including key players, trends, and customer preferences.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
