Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Balance cash drawers at the start and end of shifts, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in stock replenishment, shelf organization, and maintaining a clean, orderly checkout area to enhance store appearance.
- Promote ongoing sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers to drive revenue and customer retention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours and special events.
- Adhere to company policies on hygiene, safety, and loss prevention, including handling sensitive customer data securely.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or in a customer-facing role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Basic math and computer literacy, with the ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, or customer service standards is a bonus.
