Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments securely and responsibly.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring product availability.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and electronic payments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store schedule.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
