Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the pet care segment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali’s retail and wholesale channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and pet care businesses.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure product availability, and optimize stock distribution across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify growth opportunities.
- Train and mentor sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in FMCG or pet care industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and distribution networks is a plus.
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Passion for pet care products and a customer-centric mindset.
