Responsibility
- Perform inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment documentation.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update inventory data.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or inventory management (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklift certification is advantageous).
- Basic computer skills and experience with WMS or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in shift patterns, including weekends or overtime as required.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
