We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive / Executive in Logistics to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics, storage, and distribution processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of bulk and finished product dispatch, while managing storage tank movements to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics and operational planning activities, including the dispatch of bulk and finished products.
- Manage and optimize storage tank movements to ensure efficient inventory control and product flow.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, warehousing, and transportation, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for safety, quality, and environmental practices.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics activities, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in managing bulk product dispatch, storage, and inventory control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance in logistics operations.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
