Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of QC Technicians to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes to identify and address quality issues.
- Develop and implement quality control protocols and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to QC Technicians on quality control techniques and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
