As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, packaging, and dispatch of materials and finished products. Your work will directly impact our supply chain efficiency, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal inventory management. This contract role offers a competitive salary range of RM 1,900 – RM 2,200 per month, along with the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibility
- Safely handle, transfer, and store incoming raw materials and finished goods using manual or automated equipment.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain up-to-date records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect materials and products for quality, quantity, and condition, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; higher qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely; certification is advantageous.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Malay to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
