Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the organization.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiation, and purchasing procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with inventory management, contract law, and cost analysis is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
