Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to align maintenance activities with operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and compliance records.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to support maintenance operations and minimize delays.
- Lead and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to address recurring equipment failures.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance technicians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS) and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in maintenance management or reliability engineering is a plus.
