Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and accountability.
- Implement and monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and turnaround times) to drive operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, transport, and customer service) to streamline supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) and conduct regular audits.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize storage capacity and reduce handling costs.
- Manage inventory control systems, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on warehouse performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in managing teams, improving processes, and achieving operational targets in a high-volume warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP software, and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with lean logistics principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required by operational demands.
