Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility and proper labeling.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, adhering to accuracy and efficiency standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles and coordinating with drivers or couriers.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual records to track inventory movements and stock levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, storekeeping, or inventory management (entry-level candidates are welcome).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to handle documentation and data entry.
- Physical fitness to lift and move items up to 20–25 kg (assistance provided for heavier loads).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays as required.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
