Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from RFQ to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective material supply.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry innovations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, finance) to align procurement with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report KPIs related to procurement efficiency, savings, and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation, cost reduction, and supplier development.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of lean procurement, just-in-time (JIT) inventory, or sustainable sourcing is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
