Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the Pack & Fill area.
- Perform regular quality inspections to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the packaging process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in product labeling and sealing.
- Conduct Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to housekeeping protocols.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in food or beverage industry.
- Basic technical knowledge of production machinery and equipment operation.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices in a food production setting.
