Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Inspect and verify product quality at various stages of production to meet company standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment or storage according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on production equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to workplace cleanliness and organization standards (5S principles).
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment (1-2 years preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20-25 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and safety protocols.
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts or overtime as required.
