Responsibility
- Oversee regional 3PL operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals with 3PL providers to secure favorable terms and service quality.
- Coordinate with regional teams to align logistics activities with business objectives and customer demands.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, 3PL management, or supply chain operations, with a regional focus.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and driving operational efficiencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous.
