Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of raw materials and ingredients.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and ensure a stable supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Resolve any issues related to procurement, such as delays or quality concerns, in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
