Responsibility
- Operate and maintain cable systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cable infrastructure to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute cable installation, repair, and maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Document work processes, incidents, and maintenance activities for reporting and improvement purposes.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
- Participate in safety drills and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
- Support logistical operations by coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cable Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics sector.
