Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the Technical Unit, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and train technical staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain technical equipment, systems, and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, inventory, IT) to resolve technical issues and streamline workflows.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports on technical performance, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the unit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical supervisory role, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and operational systems relevant to retail/logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
