Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and reduce waste.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align warehouse activities with business objectives and customer demands.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing team performance.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
