Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of mechanical, repair, and logistics teams to ensure adherence to company standards and deadlines.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and optimize inventory management, including parts, tools, and equipment, to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline procurement and service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, budgets, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of process optimization, cost reduction, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and lean methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and operational software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
