Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage logistics documentation, such as shipping orders, invoices, and delivery receipts, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues promptly.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments, update inventory records, and generate reports for management review.
- Assist in the planning and execution of logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all logistics activities.
- Provide support to the logistics team during peak periods, including coordinating with warehouse staff and transport providers.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and inventory records.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
