Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist Sales Representatives with product demonstrations, customer inquiries, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, receipts, and inventory logs.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Ensure all deliveries comply with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving delivery-related issues professionally.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by maintaining a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in driving and logistics, preferably in sales or delivery roles.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy products as required.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or driving are a plus.
